Gotta love my kiddo! Wyatt as most 2.5 year olds is my little helper around the house. He is so eager to be involved and most importantly, tho unbknownest to him, Wyatt is eager to acquire good habits.
I think this is a keen time to enforce good habits.
So, while he is currently obssessed wtih circles and things that go round and round. He is also quick to notice everything around him that is influenced by the shape of a circle. He enjoys just watching our Washer or Dryer as the clothes go round and round and thus he gets the concept of many things around him take shape of circles. Including the glass window that allows our little curious kiddo to sit back and watch rinse/wash cycles.
So, we've begun to iniate the rituals of loading and unloading our washer and dryer and I gotta say, it may take a few minutes longer to get laundry accomplished, but they're all little moments worth the while.
So maybe, on to color separation next ;)
